Mythri Infrastructure is handling the construction of these 3 BHK flats and the design looks very functional with a carpet area of 968.43 square feet. It is currently under construction with the final delivery expected in January 2027. The project location in Venkateswara Nagar is quite convenient, though I think the area could use more street lighting once the complex is fully occupied. Regardless, it is a solid choice for anyone working in the city who wants a modern apartment with good connectivity to major roads.

I have been scouting for a home in Rajahmundry and Mythri Anandi caught my attention due to its proximity to the APSRTC bus stand which is just 4.3 kilometeaway. This makes commuting for my official work much easier. The project is being developed by Mythri Infrastructure and they seem to be following a clear timeline for completion by January 2027. The 3 BHK apartments are spacious enough for my requirements. I did notice that the construction activity creates a lot of dust in the surrounding area right now, but that is part of any under construction project. Overall, the location in Venkateswara Nagar is very strategic for my daily travel needs.

We decided to book a 3 BHK at Mythri Anandi because of the location in Venkateswara Nagar. It is very close to Jawaharlal Nehru Road which is a huge advantage for our weekend commutes. We really liked the 930.97 square feet carpet area as it feels very practical for a couple. Mythri Infrastructure is the builder and they have kept us updated about the project status since it is still under construction. Completion is set for January 2027. One thing to note is that the price point is not public yet and we are waiting for the final numbeto see if it fits our long term budget. We are excited about moving into a new building in this part of town.
