It was completed back in January 2016, so it's a ready to move property which is what we wanted. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. The building has basic amenities like a swimming pool and parking. It is close to Medicover Hospitals, which is important for us at this stage. The only slight issue is the distance to HITEC City, nearby, so daily commutes might take a bit longer than expected.
