    We bought our villa in My Square Villa because it was ready to move. The completion date was June 2017 and we moved in shortly after. The built-up area for our 3 BHK is around 1500 square feet, which is quite comfortable for our family. The location in Suraram, North Hyderabad is developing nicely. They have good amenities like 24x7 water supply and sewage treatment, which are essential. The internal roads are well done too. My only slight worry is the traffic during peak houon the main roads leading here, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place.
