I bought a 3 BHK unit at My Home Raka, a ready-to-move property in Serilingampally, North Hyderabad. The size was 2806 square feet, and the price was on the higher side, around 2.53 Crore, but considering the area and the builder, My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd., it felt like a reasonable investment for the long term. The proximity to Lingampally Railway Station (6.58 KM) and Miyapur Metro (5 KM) is good for travel. The project offegood amenities like a swimming pool and an open gym. The fire fighting system and garbage disposal are also in place, which are essential for safety and hygiene. The main challenge is the traffic congestion on the main roads leading to HITEC City and Gachibowli, especially during rush hou, which adds time to my daily commute.

The only concern we have is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, which sometimes affects the air quality on our balcony, but we are hoping that will improve over time.
