I moved into My Home Abhra in Madhapur a few months ago. The location opposite Inorbit Mall is incredibly convenient for everything. My unit is a spacious 3 BHK, built up area around 2500 square feet, which gives me plenty of room to spread out. The amenities are impressive; I particularly enjoy the library and the quiet garden area. It's a gated community with good security, which gives me peace of mind. The construction quality from My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Seems solid. My only minor issue is that sometimes the traffic getting out of Madhapur can be a bit much during peak hou, but that's typical for Hyderabad. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live.

We chose My Home Abhra because of its proximity to EuroSchool Hyderabad, it's literally nearby, which is amazing for our kids. We have a 4 BHK here, and the space is fantastic, our unit is about 4000 square feet. The children's play area and the swimming pool are big hits with the little ones. Being ready to move in was a huge plus. The developer, My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd., has provided many facilities like the basketball court and a dedicated pet area. The price point was at the higher end, around 6 crore, but the convenience and quality justify it for us. The only slight drawback is the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects, but it's manageable.

We chose a 3 BHK with around 3000 square feet built-up area. The club house and the swimming pool are great facilities that we use often. My Home Constructions Pvt. Ltd. Has put in a lot of effort with the landscaped gardens and water features, making the surroundings very pleasant. The price is significant, upwards of 4 crore, but compared to renting and the amenities offered, it felt like a worthwhile investment for our future. The two high-speed elevatoper tower are also convenient.
