Finding a good apartment in Faridabad was a challenge, but MVN Athens in Sector 2, Shiv Colony worked out. I got a 3 BHK which is 2022 Sq.ft, so plenty of space. Being ready to move was a huge plus. The price of 99.97 L was at the higher end of my expectations, but the location is very convenient, especially with Sarvodaya Hospital and Tagore Academy Public School a short distance. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are great for unwinding after work. Security is also good with video door systems and 24x7 guards. It feels secure and well-connected.

MVN Athens in Sector 2, Shiv Colony, Faridabad, is a decent project. I looked at the 4 BHK which is 2481 Sq.ft. It's ready to move, which was a priority. The connectivity to NH 19 and GT Road within 5 minutes is excellent for business travel. However, the price point from 98.64 L to 99.97 L felt a bit steep for a property completed in 2014. Also, the proximity to the highway means there can be some traffic noise if you are on the lower floofacing the road. The landscaping is nice, though.
