    Finally found a place for my parents in Bengaluru. MVN Aero One Phase 1 seemed like a good option. It's in North Bangalore, near Rayasandra, which is developing well. They are getting a 2 BHK built up around 725 Sq.ft. The price range of 58 Lakhs to 1.6 Crore is quite a bit, but hopefully worth it for the location and amenities. I liked that it's ready to move, so they can shift in soon. They mentioned a salon and a steam room, which my mother will enjoy. The proximity to NH-7 is also a plus for when I visit. The only thing is the lack of OC information, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property. But overall, it looks promising for them.

It’s good that they have 24x7 water supply and security. The layout of the apartment is quite functional. However, the road leading to the main highway isn't the best, it’s a narrow lane for a bit, which can be annoying sometimes. Overall, a decent buy for us.
