Finding a place near Don Bosco School was our top priority, and MV Aukland 10 is literally 0 kilometeaway, which is incredible. The 3 BHK apartment gives us plenty of room for the kids and their stuff. It is 1150 square feet of super built-up area, so no one feels cramped. We are happy with the purchase, although the traffic around Elgin can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially getting out of the neighborhood. It was ready to move, which was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The institute of neurosciences nearby is also a good landmark. Overall, a good decision for our family.
