My family recently visited the Mustafa Residency site in Dungra to check the progress. The location is fairly accessible with the Fellowship Mission School nearby which is a big relief for those with children. We looked at the 1 BHK flats which range from 349 to 561 square feet. The construction quality by Mustafa Infra looks solid for an under construction project. My only concern is the current dust and noise from the nearby construction work happening in the area. It is a bit loud during the day, but that is expected with any new project. We are hoping the developer maintains the quality as they move into the finishing stages over the next few yea

The smaller configurations seem a bit tight for a family of four but the layout design is decent enough. Mustafa Infra has been clear about the timeline so far. I am still evaluating if the appreciation potential matches my expectations for this specific area.
