The location in Tellapur, West Hyderabad, is developing rapidly, and it's close to the Nehru Outer Ring road, making commutes easier. However, the Miyapur Metro Station is quite far, nearby, which could be a downside for daily travel to IT hubs. Construction is expected to finish by February 2027.
