We recently moved into Mundada Building No 5. The primary reason for choosing this project by Mundada Buildeand Developewas its excellent location. It's close to Sane Guruji Vidya Mandir, a big plus for our children's schooling. We have a 2 BHK apartment, and the carpet area is around 900 Sq.ft, which is quite comfortable. The developer has included a children's play area and a gymnasium, which we use often. The open parking is convenient. One thing I've noticed is that the traffic can be a little heavy during peak houon Kunte Road, but it's manageable given the proximity to the bus stand and hospital, both also nearby. The terrace garden is a lovely addition.
