This makes my daily commute to work much easier. The size of the 1 BHK is 720 Sq.ft, which is adequate for a single peon. The price was within my budget at around 32.4 Lakhs. Multicon Group has a reputation for timely delivery, and this project was completed in July 2014, which is good. The amenities like the children's play area and jogging track are also a plus. The only slight issue is the availability of parking if you have multiple vehicles, but otherwise, it's a decent property.
