We liked that they have a children's play area, which is important for our kids. The price was within our budget, around 40 Lakhs for our chosen villa. The nearby Sri Chaitanya International School is nearby, which is convenient. The only drawback we noticed is the water pressure sometimes dips, particularly on higher floo, though the developer assures 24x7 water supply. Also, the internal roads within the project are a bit narrow for larger vehicles.
