We were looking for a ready to move villa in Greater Noida and found Mudgal Ved Villa. The 1800 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious for our growing family. My husband liked the Vastu compliant design, and I appreciated the expandable option for future modifications. The price of 83.7 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the size and location. It's close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which makes commuting easier. The car parking is also a good feature. However, the traffic on Noida Extension roads during peak houcan be quite bad, which is a bit of a concern. Mudgal Homes Pvt Ltd seems to have a decent offering here.
