I bought a 3 BHK apartment, which is quite spacious, around 1400 Sq.ft built-up. The price was around 42 Lakh. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital, just a 6-minute drive, was a huge relief. Having Treamis Schools nearby at nearby is also a plus if I consider future family needs. The project is ready to move in, which simplified my relocation process. It offenecessary amenities like 24x7 water supply, lifts, and reliable 24x7 security. The main road connectivity via Hosur Main Road is good. My only slight worry is the traffic noise from the main road sometimes, but it’s manageable within the apartment.
