I purchased a 3 BHK in MSP Narayani Enclave for my parents who live in Chennai. The location in Adambakkam is familiar to them and close to amenities. It is important for me that they have a comfortable and safe place. The super built-up area for the 3 BHKs is between 846 and 1207 square feet, which is quite spacious. The building has lifts, which is crucial for my parents' ease of movement. The price point around 66.41 Lakh onwards was within my budget for them. My only reservation is that the OC status is not available, and I hope this does not pose any future issues. It's ready to move, so they can settle in soon.
