It is ready to move in, which was a big plus since we needed to relocate quickly. The location in Velappanchavadi is decent, with Sri Krish International School only about 0.8 kilometeaway, making the morning commute for the kids much easier. The price range was also within our budget, around 30-35 Lakhs. The paved compound and landscaping look nice. We are hoping the power backup works well during monsoons. Overall, it seems like a good move for us.
