I noticed that Saveetha Medical College Hospital is only 4.4 kilometeaway, which is a significant advantage for healthcare access. The availability of plots from 646 Sq.ft up to 3000 Sq.ft offechoices. While the security is good, getting to Chennai Egmore railway station takes a considerable amount of time, which might be a drawback for frequent traveleusing the train. The completion date was March 2022.

My only concern is that the Irulapalayam Road Junction Bus Stop is about 3.5 kilometeaway, which might be a bit far for daily commuting if you don't have your own vehicle.
