The ready-to-move status and the 2018 completion date meant no waiting period. MS Constructions has a known presence. The built-up area is standard for this segment. I opted for a 2 BHK which is 1020 sq.ft, spacious enough for one peon with occasional guests. The price was around 42 Lakhs, which I felt was reasonable for the area and the ready-to-move status. MS Constructions built this project and it was completed in 2018. The 24/7 water supply is a definite plus. My only small concern is the traffic getting out of KPC Layout during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. But overall, it is a comfortable home.
