MS Ramaiah Developeis a known name, which gives some assurance. The inclusion of a gymnasium and sports facility is a nice touch for residents. My main concern, however, is the traffic on Thanisandra Main Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Despite that, the potential for appreciation in this part of North Bangalore is good.
