I liked that it's close to St. Ann's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, as that's the school I attended. The project is ready to move, which made things easier. The developer, M S Charan BuildePvt Ltd, seems to have a good reputation. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Madhavaram Red Hills Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. But for the price point, it seems like a decent deal.
