We chose MP Wood Side primarily because of the proximity to Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School, it's literally nearby. This was a huge factor for us. The 2 BHK flat we got is 828 sq.ft, which is quite spacious for the family. The kids enjoy the play area, and the solid waste management system is well thought out. We got the flat for about 46 Lakhs. The only minor issue we faced was during peak hou, traffic near NTR Garden can be a bit slow. But having the school so close makes up for it. The 24X7 water supply is reliable, which is essential with children. MP Developeseem to have covered the basics well here.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK flat at MP Wood Side. I chose it because it was ready to move, and the price of 45 Lakhs seemed achievable for me. The flat size is 770 sq.ft. The developer, MP Develope, has provided basic amenities like a children's play area and car parking. The location near NTR Garden is okay, though reaching the Airport Metro Station at nearby takes a bit of time. Water conservation and rain water harvesting are good points. My main concern is the lack of readily available OC, which makes me a little nervous about future approvals, even though the completion was July 2023. It's a decent start though.

Landscaping and tree planting make the common areas pleasant. One thing I’ve observed is that the parking spots could be a bit wider, especially for larger vehicles. Despite that, the overall infrastructure and the fact that MP Developedelivered on time are positives for this project.

We were renting for yeaand finally decided to buy. MP Wood Side caught our eye because it's a ready-to-move project with good amenities. We selected a 2 BHK flat of 828 sq.ft, paying around 46.37 Lakhs. The location in Rajakilpakkam is good, with easy access to Madapakkam High Road. The landscaping and tree planting have made the surroundings very green and pleasant. The 24x7 water supply is a major upgrade from our rental. While the common areas are nice, I find the individual room sizes in the flat to be a bit on the smaller side, which is a slight drawback for us. Otherwise, the gated community feel and security features are reassuring.
