We bought a 732 square feet 2 BHK flat in MP Urban And Vesta a few months ago. The price was reasonable, around 43.27 Lakh. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. MP Developehave a decent track record. The location in Pammal, Chennai South is quiet which we like. The only thing is that the road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty during dry weather. It’s not a major issue for us as we don’t go out too much, but guests have commented on it. The amenities like lift and parking are adequate for our needs. Overall, it's a comfortable place for retirement.

The price range started from 43.27 Lakh, which was within our reach after considering our savings and a home loan. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The neighborhood is developing, and it's close to Peace On Green Earth Public School, which is great for our children. The only drawback we noticed is that the parking spaces seem a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. We are still settling in but so far, so good.
