As a government employee, I look for reliable developeand timely delivery. MP Developedelivered MP Ownit in December 2022, and it is ready to move in. I opted for a 1446 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment. The price was about 93.50 Lakhs. The location in Pammal, Chennai South is accessible. I liked the inclusion of rain water harvesting and water conservation features. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a good sense of security. The nearby school and hospital are also convenient. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow, which can be inconvenient during peak times or for larger vehicles. Still, considering the overall package and the developer's reputation, it's a decent investment.

We were looking for something ready to move and MP Ownit fit the bill. The 1431 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment felt spacious enough for us and our visiting families. Location is decent, close to the airport metro station which is a big plus for our commutes. Parking is closed car parking which is good. MP Developeseem to have a decent track record. The price point was around 93 Lakhs which was within our budget. We are happy with the overall build quality we have seen so far. The water conservation and rainwater harvesting features are also good to have for environmental reasons. We visited the site last week and the construction looks solid.

The 3 BHK apartment is 1431 Sq.ft and feels quite large. The price was around 93.02 Lakhs, which was the top end of my budget, but the sales team was helpful in processing the paperwork. I liked that they have lift access and rain water harvesting systems. The location is good with the hospital and school very close by. My only worry is that the Occupation Certificate status isn't clearly available, which is a bit concerning for a fit-time buyer. The developer seemed responsive though.
