We purchased a 2 BHK flat of 850 square feet for about 48 Lakhs. MP Developehave included amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply, which are essential for a family. The ready-to-move status was a major advantage as we needed to move quickly. The area is Anakaputhur, which is developing. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but the internal roads seem fine. The kids' play area is also a nice touch.
