We just moved into MP Lenora in Pammal and it feels good. My wife liked the 1170 Sq.ft 3 BHK layout a lot, especially the kitchen space. It's ready to move which was a big factor for us, and we got possession in December 2023. The price was around 58.49 Lakh which was within our budget. The location is decent, close to the Peace On Green Earth Public School which is great. Car parking is available which is essential in Chennai. The only thing is the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a nice place for a young couple starting out.
