The price range of 79.55 Lakh to 81.22 Lakh for a 1300 sq.ft built-up area felt reasonable for the Chennai South region, especially since it's ready to move. MP Developehave a track record, which is why I considered this project. The location in Pammal offepotential for rental appreciation due to its proximity to commercial hubs and good connectivity. While OC received is not available, the project was completed in July 2022, giving some comfort. I am looking for steady returns over the next five yeaThe EV charging point is a forward-thinking amenity.

The flat size is about 1283 sq.ft, which is ample for me. I liked that it is ready to move, so I could settle in quickly.
