The price was in the 80-85 Lakh range. MP Developeprovided good amenities like car parking and fire sprinkleThe 24x7 security is also a big plus for us with two young children. The community feels safe and well-maintained. We appreciate the rain water harvesting system as well. The only drawback is the distance to the main shopping areas, which requires a bit of a drive.
