I chose a 2 BHK, around 700 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The gated community aspect and rain water harvesting are practical features. It’s close to PARVATHY HOSPITAL, which is important at their age. My only concern is the traffic on Jawaharlal Nehru road during peak hou, which might make visiting them a bit challenging sometimes. However, the overall environment seems peaceful.
