I got a 668 Sq.ft 2 BHK, which is just the right size for me. The price was within my budget, around 32 Lakh. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup are essential for me as I live alone. The location is okay, close to Peace On Green Earth Public School. My only concern is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, especially when they are doing external work. But other than that, it’s quite convenient.
