The price range of 78.6 Lakh to 84.98 Lakh is a stretch but manageable. Being ready to move was a big factor for us. The location is decent, close to schools like Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School. We also noted the fire sprinklefor safety. The only downside is that the parking situation seems a bit tight, especially if you have guests. Overall, MP Developeseems to have delivered a decent product.
