We were renting a small place and decided it was time to buy our own home here in Kundrathur. MP Avni seemed like a good option. We looked at the 2 BHK flats, the sizes are quite decent, between 878 and 1063 square feet. It feels much more spacious than our current apartment. The water supply is 24/7 which is a big relief, especially during dry spells. We are still waiting for the final possession but the construction looks solid. MP Developehave a decent reputation. The price range is also manageable for us, around 40 Lakhs for the unit we are considering. Hopefully, the move in process will be smooth.

I analyzed several properties in Chennai West before settling on MP Avni. The project is ready to move, which eliminates the risk of delays. I bought a 2 BHK unit, saleable area around 950 square feet. The pricing, between 23.78 Lakh and 49.96 Lakh, is competitive for the area. My main concern is the approach road to the project; it's not the widest and can get congested during peak hou, making access a bit tricky sometimes. However, the 24/7 water supply is a definite plus. MP Developecompleted this project in April 2021, so it has been around for a bit.

The best part is that Peace On Green Earth Public School is nearby, making the morning school run so much easier. We are paying approximately 38 Lakhs for our unit. MP Developehave provided 24/7 water supply, which is essential. The only slight downside is that the area can get dusty during construction periods nearby, but that should settle down eventually. We are happy with our decision.

MP Developehave completed this phase. The budget range of 23.78 Lakh to 49.96 Lakh is reasonable for this micro-market. I am happy with the zero brokerage aspect as well, saving on that commission. The proximity to the metro station, nearby, is also a positive factor for connectivity.
