    We decided on Mountain Jewel because of its proximity to schools. DY Patil Schools are nearby, which is perfect for our children. We chose a 3 BHK configuration, which gives us plenty of space, with carpet areas ranging up to 1708 Sq.ft. The developer, GVMG Develope, is also offering good amenities like a gym and a jogging track, which the whole family can use. The project is under construction and will be ready by December 2028. While the location is promising, the dust from ongoing construction around the area is a bit of a concern right now, but we are hoping it will settle down once the project is complete and landscaping is done.
