Finally upgrading from our rental place! We chose Mount Brook And Lake because it’s close to SGVP International School, which is great for our kids. The location near Nirma Univeity is also a plus. We are looking at a 3 BHK with around 101.78 sq.yd. Carpet area. The price is around 71.92 Lakh, which fits our budget after saving up. My wife loves the Children's Play Area and the idea of private open terraces with lake views. The developer, Mount Group, seems to be providing good facilities like a Vastu Compliant design and 24X7 Water Supply. It’s under construction and should be ready by May 2026.
