Our kids needed a good school nearby, and GD Birla School is only 3.5 kilometeaway, which is very convenient. We chose a 4 BHK here at Morya Phase I, with built up areas ranging from 1689 to 2019 square feet. The complex has a lot of open space, about 80% according to them, with a natural pond which the kids love. The swimming pool is also a big hit. We saw the tennis court too. While it’s ready to move, the surrounding area can get a bit dusty during construction phases of nearby projects, which is a minor concern for us.
