The 1820 square feet area gives us much more space than our current rental. The Vastu compliant design was an important factor for us. We also appreciate the Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting features. The project by My Square Construction is Ready to Move, which was a huge plus as we didn't want to wait. The price of 1.64 Crore is a significant investment, but we feel it's worth it for the long term. The community buildings are also a nice addition.
