The project by Sidhyansh Infrastructure is ready for occupancy since December 2017. I examined the construction quality, and it appeasolid. They have included essential amenities like Power Backup and lifts, which are practical. While the location near Morni Bus Stop is accessible, the road itself is narrow in parts, which might be a minor inconvenience for some. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment.
