We were renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. Mookambika Sree Nandanam was a good choice because it was ready to move. We got a 3 BHK apartment which is 1500 square feet, much bigger than our rental. The location in Ayyanthole is good, close to public transport like the railway station bus stop which is a short distance. Mookambika Homes And Apartments built this project quite a while ago, back in 2010, so it's not brand new. The fittings in the bathroom could use an upgrade, but overall it's a solid structure. We are happy to finally own a home here.

After retiring, I wanted a comfortable home in a peaceful area. Mookambika Sree Nandanam in Thiruvambady, near Patturaikkal, seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK configuration with 1500 square feet of built-up area gives me plenty of space to spread out. Having Florence Academy Thrissur and Aarya Eye Care Super Speciality Eye Hospital so close is very convenient for daily life. The building itself was completed in 2010, and it shows its age a little, with some minor wear and tear visible in common areas. However, the apartment itself is well-maintained. The overall location in Thrissur is decent, though parking can sometimes be a bit challenging during busy periods.
