It's close to the hospital, making my commute almost non-existent. I chose a 753 sq.ft 2 BHK, which is a convenient size for me. The fact that it's ready to move was essential. The nearby Kamala Niketan School is also a positive, although not directly relevant to me currently. The address is Plot No.1 & 2, 3rd Cross Fit Main Road. My only slight concern is that the parking area seems a bit compact, especially during peak houOtherwise, the location and immediate availability were the key factofor my quick decision.
