We purchased a 3 BHK here in Moni Diamond. The built-up area is 1273 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for the price, around 82.38 Lakh. The location in Patuli is convenient, very close to Narayana Hospital and Khudiram Metro station, which is a big plus for us. Oiendrila PromoteAnd DevelopePvt Ltd seems to have good quality construction from what we've seen so far. We are happy with the gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply. The only slight issue is the road access to the main highway which can get a bit congested during peak hou, but overall it's a good deal for the area.
