I chose a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1235 to 1300 square feet. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and garbage disposal system are practical features. My parents feel safe with the security measures in place. The only minor drawback is that the water storage capacity seems just adequate, and they sometimes worry during peak summer usage, though it hasn't been a major issue yet.

We bought a 3 BHK unit in Monarch Serenity as we needed more space and a good location. The 1650 to 1700 square feet built-up area is ample for our family. The developer, Monarch Properties, has included a good range of amenities, especially the club house and amphitheater, which we enjoy. The Internet/Wi-Fi connectivity within the complex is also a definite plus for my work. While the location near Jakkur is desirable, the road leading to the property can be a little narrow, which might be an issue for larger vehicles.
