It is ready to move in, which was a priority for us as we didn't want them to wait. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper has a reputation for timely delivery, which gave us confidence. The OC being received means they can move in immediately without any further approvals. My only worry is the traffic on Old Madras Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. But parents are happy with the apartment size and the general neighbourhood.
