The budget was within my expectations, falling between 41.28 Lakh and 58.22 Lakh for the configurations available. Mohisha Realtohas provided essential amenities such as a gymnasium and a fire fighting system, which are crucial. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor in my decision. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas of Ravet, which can be quite botheome at times. Despite that, the 24/7 security and power backup are reassuring.

    We moved into Mohisha The Skyline about six months ago. Being retired, I wanted something peaceful. The Yoga and Meditation Area is usually very quiet, which is perfect. The landscaping is also well-maintained and pleasant to walk around. My husband likes the gymnasium, says the equipment is decent. We bought a 2 BHK flat which is 866 square feet, quite spacious for us. The location in Ravet is good, close to the Aundh-Ravet road. My only minor complaint is that the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby.
