I bought a 2 BHK apartment in Mohan Tritone. The size is around 765 square feet, which is adequate for my needs. The location in Panathur, Bengaluru is convenient, with easy access to the Outer Ring Road and Panathur Main Road. Mohan BuildeBanaswadi is the developer. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2028. They have included essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are important. The only downside I have noticed is the traffic on Panathur Main Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the inclusion of solar energy for electrification is a thoughtful touch for long-term savings.

We chose Mohan Tritone because of its proximity to New Horizon Gurukul, which is nearby, making the morning school run much easier. We are looking at a 2.5 BHK apartment, with sizes going up to 1131 square feet. The developer, Mohan BuildeBanaswadi, has included a children's play area and a football field, which my kids are very excited about. The project is still under construction, expected to be ready by December 2028. The area is developing, but connectivity to Marathahalli is good via the Outer Ring Road. Parking might be a bit tight, but overall the family-friendly amenities are a big plus for us. We are looking forward to moving in.
