The price range of 25.29 Lakh to 57.96 Lakh seemed competitive for the size and location in Kattupakkam. Mohan Mutha Infrastructures Pvt Ltd has a history of delivering projects. The property is ready to move, which is a big advantage, saving time and interest costs. The gymnasium and mini theatre are nice additions. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas.
