  I invested in Mohan Rang City because it's a ready to move project in a developing area like Chavaj, Bharuch. Mohan Developecompleted it in March 2019. The internal roads and footpaths are standard, and the landscaping is presentable. I am looking at the potential appreciation of property values in this location. While the immediate vicinity doesn't offer much retail, the hospital at nearby and school at nearby are positive points for rental demand. The distance to NH 8 at nearby might be a drawback for some tenants.

  We were looking for something ready to move in and Mohan Rang City fit the bill perfectly. It's in Chavaj, which is developing nicely. The children's play area is a good size and our daughter already spends a lot of time there. Internal roads are well laid out and landscaping is decent. The only slight issue is that it's close to NH 8 and GNFC Bus Station, so daily commute requires a bit of planning. We checked the construction quality and it seems solid.
