Finding a home with enough space for our growing family was a challenge. We finally settled on Moghal Manus, specifically the 4 BHK flat which is a generous 2700 square feet. The location in North Hyderabad, Lakdikapul, is excellent because it's close to Holy Mary High School, making the morning drop-off much easier. We also appreciate being near KIMS Hospitals, just in case. Since it is ready to move in, we could shift immediately after booking. The price of 2.11 Crore is substantial, but the convenience it offeoutweighs that for us. A small concern is the traffic around Lakdikapul during peak hou, but that's common for this area. Overall, it's a good choice for families.
