We moved into our 3 BHK at Modi Silver Springs about six months ago. The main reason we chose this place was its proximity to Akshara International School, which is just a short distance away, making school runs much easier for the kids. The 3 BHK flat has a built-up area ranging from 980 to 1130 square feet, which gives us plenty of room to spread out. We also like the swimming pool and the children's play area where the kids spend a lot of time. The price for our flat was around 50 Lakhs, which was a bit more than we initially planned, but the space and amenities made it worthwhile. The maintenance staff have been responsive to our requests so far. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hou, especially near the highway.

Finally decided to buy my fit flat at Modi Silver Springs. The price was a big factor, getting a 1 BHK for around 25 Lakhs felt achievable for me. It's ready to move in which is great because I don't want to wait long. The built-up area for the 1 BHK is about 470 square feet, which is enough space for me right now. I visited the site and the construction quality looked decent enough. The location in North Hyderabad is developing, so hopefully, the area value increases over time. The developer, Modi Builde, seems to have completed many projects. The only thing I noticed was a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but I guess that's common in developing areas. Overall, a good start for my homeownehip journey.

We paid around 52 Lakhs for our flat. Modi Buildeoffered good payment options. The construction quality appeasolid. The only issue we've faced is that parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles, as the designated spots are not very large. But we are happy with the overall living experience here.
