Modi Buildeincluded good amenities like Vastu compliance, landscaping, and internal roads. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, and the rainwater harvesting system is a good environmental feature. The solid waste management is also efficient. My only minor concern is the proximity to the main road, which can sometimes be noisy. However, the internal layout of the apartment is quiet.
