We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Goa and Models Residency fit the bill. The proximity to Caculo Mall at nearby is great for weekend outings. My partner liked that Don Bosco Higher Secondary School is also nearby, though we don't have kids yet, it’s good for future planning. Panjim location is perfect for us as it’s well-connected. Models Construction Pvt. Ltd. Has delivered a project that feels quite complete. The only slight issue we noticed was that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the overall benefits. The apartment itself is functional.
